Safety & Security

Safety is one of the top priorities for the Board of Directors. There are many things we do to keep residents safe such as keeping our residents informed through newsletters, alerts, websites & social media.

Additionally, maintaining a close-knit community,
clean landscaping, a tidy neighborhood, and sufficient lighting all help to keep us safe.

The Hunt Club uses a variety of security measures around the community.

  • Clubhouse Cameras & Alarm System - In addition to our alarm system monitoring the Clubhouse, there are several 4k cameras that record both audio and visual information 24/7.
  • In addition to recordings, live remote monitoring via computer, tablet or phone is also available if ever required.
  • Security system & cameras can prevent vandalism and theft, eliminate unauthorized intruders, monitor entrances and exits, etc.
  • All of this helps protect our Clubhouse and our residents, especially as we begin to expand additional hours for Clubhouse use without the need for attendants

  • Traffic Calming Solutions - It's time for safer roads...
The Board is exploring various solutions to protect our streets from speeders and stop-sign violators.
  • Solutions currently under consideration are:
    • Radar Speed Signs are designed to slow cars down by make drivers aware of their speed.
    • Speed Camera Systems to gather data and imagery so violators can be warned and speed limits enforced.
    • Rubber Traffic Calming Systems are effective to slow down vehicles and may include speed humps, speed cushions and speed tables.
    Stay tuned...
